Peace Factory.  2017.  Salvaged Eucalyptus. Approx 40' x 40'.  Permanent installation for the National Park Service/Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area, at Peter Strauss Ranch, in Agoura Hills, CA.  Constructed in collaboration with Park staff and California Department of Corrections firefighter trainees. Funding provided by the Santa Monica Mountains Fund.

Intended as a place for people to come together to manufacture peace, in an organized or impromptu fashion, this installation combines elements of a labyrinth and an amphitheater, with a stage/altar in the center.  In June 2017 the Peace Factory was home to a free public musical meditation event featuring Danielle Brown on crystal bowls and gong and Miles Jay on bass and bazouki.
